Some people have visited before enrollment opened. How old will your child be in Aug 2025 Which days are you interested in your child attending? We are open M-F, Friday half days starting August 2025. What makes your child unique in your eyes? What behavioral challenges do you face with your child? Give an example Why are you interested in a nature preschool for your child? How often has your child been in the care of another, outside of the home and inside the home? This would include any babysitting, nannying, or family childcare. Please describe whether this will be a new experience for your child. Has your child been diagnosed with, or do you suspect any developmental delays or behavior associated with autism, adhd or any other disorders? Describe your family’s habits around the outdoors during different seasons. Is your child used to going outside regularly for free play and how do they feel about outdoor play in snowy or rainy conditions? Do you have any concerns around this? We will bundle up for most weather, and require families bring appropriate gear for snow, rain and wind throughout the seasons. However, we will deeply try to strike a balance staying inside when it is below 20 degrees or extremely windy. Describe your child's level of toilet independence. Is this something you'd be willing to work towards before September, when school starts? We do not have hard rules around potty training. Does your child have any medication that will need to be administered during the school day? What is your family's personal or religious beliefs, and how do you feel about celebrating holidays such as Halloween and Christmas, if there is no mention of the Bible? We are trying to feel out how to go about the winter holiday season to make sure everyone feels comfortable and included. Describe your child's level of language development. Can they fully understand you, and you them? Are there any speech issues? This is especially important info for 2 year olds and we will just need updated as the year progresses. We will need to know if your child is non verbal. Does your child nap daily, and if so, is there a consistent time? If so, around what time? * We have a daily nap / rest time from 12 :30-2:30 Are you able to provide immunization records for your child? We require up to date immunization records for children to attend the school, and go by CDC guidelines for preschools and daycares.
